I have woked with a Excel file (two sheets) and I format all cells (65365 Rows) and save.. But when I open that file again, the Message displayed like "Out of Memory" (Or) My system come to Hang. How can I get the Data's in that two sheets (including formula applied).. Please Advice..

I am sure what ever you have in the worksheet all of it isn't needed so first figure out what you don't need. The maximum number of cells you can format in Excel is 65,365 rows by 256 columns. You have exceeded the maximum amount of information Excel can process in these two sheets. Reduce the number of rows and columns. Only format what you actually need, which isn't the maximum number of rows, columns and cells available.
