A keyboard is a call for as properly up. A mouse or touchpad isn't. no longer some thing you may exchange. Plug your keyboard right into a usb port into an onboard usb port that works. this might artwork the place the pci card does not. If none of your onboard usb ports are functioning, get a ps2 keyboard.
