i copy installed files of WARCRAFT but when i run it it says direct 8x or latest needed when i went to microsoft and download latest version of DirectX and then irun its setup but after some time it is saying "a cabinet file necessary for installation can not be trusted. please verify the cryptographic services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate is valid.". i also disable some service for speeding up windows , tell me what can i do

I recently installed Chinese language support for Windows 2000 but during the process some files were missing and even though I thought I found them it doesn't work right. I can read chinese text find but I am missing the input locale keyboard layout files so I can't input the characters using pinyin. I am trying to figure out how to install and uninstall and figure out what files I need and in what directories they should be located. I went into regional settings and unselected Chinese and then rebooted and reselected and still not only are the files still missing it doesn't even ask me for them!

I have a program that's on a cd that I am trying to open. The programs that I have purchased in the past automatically opened when the cd was inserted, but with this cd i have to install it manually. How do I open the cd????

Brought the game "Desparate Housewives". I have tried the game on 3 desktop computers and 3 laptops. Two of the laptops are new. The game says I must install directX 9c and update video drivers. I have installed directX9c . How do I update video drivers. Is it worth the trouble for a $20 game??

I bought Norton. It didn't work. I bought Fix It Utilities 7 and it does not work. Seems the virus, a Trojan, keeps coming back. I tried their spyware detector, and found nothing. Anti virus keeps finding a trojan, I have deleted it 3 times, I have quarrantined it 4 times. But, it keeps coming back. Are there any good anti virus programs?

I have Windows XP Home and tried to use "Microsoft Update".
There was an update for my wireless keyboard. After installing the update, I receive this message...."Error Code: 0x80070103".
I tried to install the update twice and receive the same message.
I don't know what to do to install the update.

I'm trying to burn an image file to a blank CD-R, and everything is fine until I select Burn. Then it gives me the message "Please insert blank disk". I've got a blank disk in my drive and I have tried CD-R/RW in different companies, all to no previal.
I'm using Nero 6.6.0.13 and I've entered the serial number for the full install. Any help greatly appreciated.
