Error Code: 0x80070103?

Question

I have Windows XP Home and tried to use "Microsoft Update".
There was an update for my wireless keyboard. After installing the update, I receive this message...."Error Code: 0x80070103".
I tried to install the update twice and receive the same message.
I don't know what to do to install the update.

Error codes usually means that the software is not compatible with your computer or is conflicting with another program.. At lease that is what I determined. Cause when I deleted the program in question everything was fine.
Try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.
