Open My Computer. You will see an icon of the CD, with a description or name under it. Double-click the icon of the CD, and it will automatically run the index application.

Go to START - My Documents - There should be a pull down menu. Open it and the cd should be there to select. From there you should be able to see the files that are on the cd.
