The computer is running very slow, I can't un-install any programmes and nothing will load (eg. windows media player)
A virus check was interrupted a week or so ago and the computer has been like this since.
My knowledge of computers is minimal so any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I first set up my laptop, my media player gave me the option to have it as a little toolbar on the bottom of my screen. I didnt do it then, but I want to now, and I can't see how to do it!

ok here is my problem I was going to install widows XP on over my windwos version , but stoped but now when I boot my PC if have options boot 'Windows XP' or 'Windows XP Setup' its annyoing anyone know how to remove it. Thanks

I got my computer as a graduation present almost 4 years ago, its a HP Pavillion. Yesterday I bought a new computer game, but for some reason it doesn't run correctly. It skips, like what a cd does when its scratched. I thought maybe it was the game, so I returned it and got another one but it does the exact same thing. I know that it can't be the game because last year I bought a new game and it did the same thing, only not as bad because it only skipped on certain parts. With this new game, it screws up horribly. Is there some kind of software I need to buy for my computer to upgrade it? Could it be some kind of virus? I don't know much about computers, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I've tried many ways of adding Pix and microsoft powerpoint slides to the story board in film-maker but when viewing the film (or individual pix) I've added to the project on 'full screen' they appear out of focus (they're not when viewing in other programs). How can I stop this? Has anyone any clues? Thanks Colin B

I have a floppy disk that I have been using for the past few months and all of a sudden whenever I try to pull up the work on it, it keep saying that the disk isn't formatted.
