Yes you can and if you tries it and is not working try click on the My Computer Icon, and then right click on the CD-Rom Icon which is normally mark (E:) and select "eject", it will open. If is not, you got to take it to repairer.

yes in computer explorer right click on the CD ROM and then press eject and u can use computer manager for running that right click on the my computer and select the computer manager
in the in the storage > disk management and then right click the CD ROM and press eject and in the removable storage in the library u can eject and inject
