Scrap previous post - just located the solution you are after - just be aware that Mac is doing all it can to shut this version down (heaven forbid too many people discover that OS X runs nearly twice as fast on a generic PC than it does on their brand-new Intel Macs!) - so it only to be found on the bittorrent networks.
The version you are after is going under the nickname "OSx86", and will run under both Intel and AMD CPU's. The best torrent site I have found, which has a bundle of extra info to make installing much easier, is demonoid.com.
Am emailing you directly with more details, but figured that at least responding here will make others aware of its existence :)

No, it can't be done.
There is no software package you can purchase from Mac to convert your pc to a mac.
Mac doesn't want you trying to squeeze your size 10 foot into their size 7 shoe.
Go to www.apple.com if you doubt what I am telling you.
