I'm looking for a creative graphics software program called C-PIC. Where can I find the program so that I can download it?

I made a mistake and deleted my photos and AVI from my camera MMC. It is hard for me to purchase the recover software cause I live in Iraq.I need to help to get them back free.please help

Windows could not start because the follwing file is either missing or corrupt:

\system32\mtoskrnl.exe (sp?)
Please re-install a copy of the above file

I was planning on using the Operating System CD for Windows XP that came with my other computer.. But I wanted to make sure first that this is what I should do..

Is there a way to fix this without all my files and pictures getting deleted?? PLEASE help.

I'm looking for preferably a free downloadable software program (such as a graphics software), that lets you add creative elements to photographs like virtual hairstyles, clothes, and accessories; an extensive collection of choices would be helpful because I want to add a variety of elements to facial pics. (This should be a graphics program and not a virtual hairstyler.) The program should have a large selection of styles to choose from, is easy to use, and should focus on adding graphics such as hair, makeup, and accessories to uploaded photos as part of a graphics or picture collection, not just a show and tell demo.

I have about 2 years of pictures stored on that computer.. not to mention bookmarks, files, etc. Will it wipe out all of this information if I use the Operating System CD?

I love photoshop contests online (especially worth1000.com) and I really want to be able to participate, unfortunatley I am not super rich and can't afford to get photoshop CS2 for the $600 or whatever they want for it. Is there another version of photoshop that can be used for digital image editing that is in the $200-$300 price range? I looked all over the adobe site and the one that I saw the most was adobe elements (besides CS2) and after watching the demonstration, it doesn't seem to be a great program for graphic design. I would really like some input from anyone who has (or knows a lot about) a version of photoshop and can tell me which version would be best for me. Thank you!! =)

iv reduced the video quallity, but i still have a green screen...i tried to whacht this video for example... halo3 .. all i see is a green screen.. but i hear everything!! :(....

after I scan a pic or pics my scanner says it needs my pop3 and smtp address to send the pics. My prob is I dont know where to look for these addresses.Any help would be appreciated thanks very much.Frustrated.

i reformatted windows xp using the gateway disk...

when it asked me if i wanted to back up the existing files i said yes

they are saved as c>my back up.2days date

so when i try to open it it does but when i try to open
C:\My Backup -- 06-10-01 0206PM\Documents and Settings\EM or default user it says--this folder is not accesable acess denied--

every folder works besides this one but this is trhe one i need to get in to how do i get in to it???

Here is all I want to do. I want to be able to chop parts I dont want out of the video. Then I want to make menus and such so I can make a dvd. Id prefer something cheap, or free, but I have a feeling thats going to be difficult. I have Windows, NOT apple, which is why I am asking.

Does anyone know where I can find another Photoshop/Animation Shop..that is similar to Animation Shop 3. I tried re-downloading Animation Shop 3 with another e-mail address..etc, but it didn't seem to work. Well..any help would be nice. Please reply with a site that I can go to. Thanks!!

Is this possible or even advisable? Let's say I have 40 processes running at any given time. Some are probably things I don't want or need. If I Google the file name and determine that it is an evil file can I then use my 'find file' feature and delete that bad file from my hard drive permanently? The problem is that the file names are generally meaningless to me and I don't want to mess up an otherwise great laptop.

I want to make a phone call, not a VoIP Call... I want to dial a # with my computer, and use my mike and speakers on my computer.. Yahoo and MSN do not make phone call!!! They Make VoIP calls. I tryed to use the dialer, but when i click talk when they answer, it wants me to pick up my phone to talk..

Ok so I've tried everything I could try (ending explorer.exe, trying CMD, and even using some programs to help, safe mode too). So right now I cannot delete this dll I have. Ill give you the warning message.

Cannot delete crappy: Access is Denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

Yes it is called crappy because I thought renaming it would help.

This DLL was part of my old firewall (which i deleted yesterday because it caused internet problems and wouldent open)

Also for a note to put in, i've tried using another firewall to block this but it failed.
