If you are using Yahoo free webmail then there are no such servers. If you are using an email service that supports user email clients, then the information you need should be found in the account properties of your email client such as outlook express.

Contact the provider of your email service, and they will be able to provide you with the addresses. They may also be on their website, in the Help section. Bear in mind that many webmail accounts dont support Pop3 access.

well depends on your email provider, if have eg a yahoo email address u need to subscribe to the yhoo plus service which is abuot $5 per month or around that.
best idea is to save these files rather than try to direct sent, just add the pictures as attachements.

or if your email address is provided by your ISP best idea would be to contact them for the server details.

It would be:
POP = mail.nnnnnnn.com (nnnnnnn=your ISP e.g. Yahoo.com)
SMTP = smtp.nnnnnnn.com (nnnnnnn=your ISP e.g. Yahoo.com)
OR mail.nnnnnnn.com (nnnnnnn=your ISP e.g. Yahoo.com)
