Try this link, With Adobe Reader youn can download for free Adobe Yahoo! Toolbar and Adobe Photoshop® Album Starter Edition. If you don't want to download Adobe Yahoo! Toolbar then uncheck the box. It takes a while according to your downloading speed.

Go to Source Forge and get the GIMP. It is OS/FS under a GNU license. It does everything Photoshop does and is every bit as easy to use. (Photoshop is a bear to use, if you've never tried...)
