myCan I use my computer as a phone?? Not Over the Internet!!!!!?

Question

I want to make a phone call, not a VoIP Call... I want to dial a # with my computer, and use my mike and speakers on my computer.. Yahoo and MSN do not make phone call!!! They Make VoIP calls. I tryed to use the dialer, but when i click talk when they answer, it wants me to pick up my phone to talk..

Is there another program i can use? Im looking for a free program/ freeware

I do not want to have my computer connected to the internet when i make this call.

Well, I used to do this waaaay back ... we are talking mid-90's .... haven't tried it since. At the time, my computer came with software for that purpose. Since few people use dial-up anymore, there are probably few programs available, but might be some older ones.

Try http://www.nonags.com or http://www.filehippo.com and do a search there or browse the internet applications.
