This evening I was looking thru my add/remove programs and saw this installed on my computer.

I don't recall ever seeing it there before.

Looking at the website for Adobe illustrator , I just happened to notice that it was £1051 in the UK, but $1199 from the US!

Computer guys may live in ivory towers, but I'm sure they're still aware of the exchange rate!

Any reason for this apparent rip off, and is it a common thing?

I just recieved a computer through my mother she left it to me and in the will it says that since my dad bought it for her before he died and she thought it was special that it needed to be put into cabable hands and she wants it fixed up and given to my kids from her so here's the problem it has a password on it and i do not know the password but it is a pentium 2 Hp Netserver E45 it even has a key to it but i do not understand any of this so can someone help me fix this computer please for the sake of my mother..

I go to start, search, click on my computer, then do all files and folders and type in the name of my file. It continues to come up with "no files found". I know it is in there. I need to delete it because it is corrupt and reboot my computer so that it can be put back in during restart. Otherwise, I have to remove my Juno software and reinstall it all over again. The file is zeroout.nzp.

Hi, I have a problem, I had used my computer with just one account in the name of Administrator, I have my itunes with the ipod and the rest of my programs. My wife got an ipod for herself so I created another account for her so she can have heer itunes in her own account, the problem is that when I tried to switch to my account Administrator, it does not appear, just my wife account is in there, so I restarted the pc and now it boots in my wife account all the time, and the Administrator account does not appear in the switch user window. Can some one help me?

This laptop was supposed to come with no operating system ....it said it would come with a C prompt ready to install the operating system of my choice..... I put the XP home OEM disk in and I still get the C prompt. I don't know the command to run it. Help

I work for a company in which I know the business very well. I have started developing a software package that still has about 1 more year of work before I can market it. It is a tool that starting to be very resourceful around my workplace. I don't even know where to start as far as securing it so my hard work wont be stolen by the IT Dept. I love my Job and have a good relationship with everyone. I'm trying to figure out a way to make $$$ from this package and still keep my job. Everytime I open Microsoft Word, I have to go to view header/footer, put my name, indent all the way to the other side and put the date. Is there a way to make it so that everytime I go onto Word my name and date are just there by default/automatically? ThxAbunch.

For the Sims 2, I don't have the minium CPU stuff (-( I have Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1.70GHz )-) and the required CPU is Pentium III or Athlon. I only have 1.70 GHz for CPU speed and the minium is 800 mhz with a T&L capable Video Card (2.0 Ghz without Hardware T&L Video Card). Minium RAM is 256 MB
and I only have 95.6 MB, yeah. Because of all this, will I still be able to play the Sims 2 (PC) even if I don't have all that stuff, yeah?
