It's the industry standard, and yes, it's as good as it's purported to be. However, unless you are a professional photographer or graphic artist, you probably wont use half of its capabilities. In this case, there are other programs (such as paint shop pro) that you can get for under $100 that will do everything you need.

It's totally expensive, in my opinion it's not worth the money, so I just use GIMP. The difference is that with GIMP you have to do more manual work wheras Photoshop does a lot for you with nifty features. If you're doing any professional image editing Photoshop is the only option, but for anything else GIMP should work fine (it just takes longer)

I would rate it EXPENSIVE for what is does compared to other available options like Paint.NET which is free. If you are looking for an image / photo editor, give it a try:

Don't get me wrong, PhotoShop is an very good application, but most will never use all its features.

no but search the crack sites for a serial and make sure you know what version it is i use adobe P/shop 2 plenty good enough came free with my printer

Its really good !! its a really complex program but its worth it to me... it also comes with animation maker so ive heard.. but i dont think its worth the price!! =/
