I go to start, search, click on my computer, then do all files and folders and type in the name of my file. It continues to come up with "no files found". I know it is in there. I need to delete it because it is corrupt and reboot my computer so that it can be put back in during restart. Otherwise, I have to remove my Juno software and reinstall it all over again. The file is zeroout.nzp.

In Juno folder, there is one zipped file - don't know what is in there - do you think that is where it is and if so, can that file be safefully unzipped without causing any damage?

If I have to do it the long way, they want me to download the software again on to my desktop, then go in and remove Juno and Juno Turbo, then click on the Juno that was downloaded and go through the reinstallation process. A lot of messing around I could get away with not doing if I could just find that file on my computer.

Do what others are saying with making sure you search is in the right area. I would search "*.nzp" this will bring up all files with that extension. If that doesnt work.....honestly Juno software sucks...i use Juno as well but all online http://webmail.juno.com

Specify the more information. Or just download the copy of the Juno software again

Check your search options for "Scan hidden and system files" or something like that.

try searching in safe mode

Get a copy of "file analyzer" and/or "folder analyzer" from Spybot site. I had the same issue when I found a file named "conflict.1" in downloaded programs file.

Make sure on your search preferences that it is set to look in Hidden and System Folders, looking for hidden files. (more search options)

The search function is limited to search designated directories, make sure you select :local drive to search the entire hard drive

I'd go to the following page and follow the instructions closely. It seems like you might have to delete an entire folder.

I probably really isn't there. Navigate to:

C:\Program Files\NetZero\pool\

and see if it's really there. If not, just proceed to the next step.
