I have went to the form and I have read so much about other people haveing the same problem such as can't uninstall to reinstall - tryed a roll back no luck a long time a go you use to be able to d/l a newer version and it would replace the old one (not any more) anyway I would like some good advice --AVG is a good program - I need to know what regerster keys need to be taken out- also what can go worng and what should I look for

I clicked a button a few days ago on photoshop, i dont know which, and now everytime i open a new image/layer to work with, in the left top corner, there's a number and a small rectangle with zigzags in it. There is also a blue line around the image. it's really starting to annoy me, how do i get rid of it?

My husband and I each have a XP login. We recently had an exchange student move in with us so we password protected our logins and restricted folder access. However, we do want each ohter to have access to our folders. Just not the exchange student. Is this possible?

At this point we get an ACCESS DENIED message whenever we try to access each other's files.

i installed CS2 (student license premium) several months ago on my G4 (running OSX v.10.4). i did have CS1 on before but i uninstalled it and put on CS2. worked fine all summer, now last tuesday i go to run the InDesign program and it keeps failing on me. it will startup and as soon as i get a new page up i get the spinning wheel of death and the program stops responding. i then have to force quit it. today i trashed the indesign files and reinstalled it from the CS2 discs and still the same problem. i emailed adobe but they havent got back to me. has anyone else had this problem? does anyone have any other suggestions to troubleshoot this?
