I have disabled my pop up blocker to enable this download. how do i get to download macromedia flash??thanks

I have a Dell computer about 5 yrs old. We have Microsoft Word 2000. We have been able to use it up to two days ago. Two days ago we started getting error messages when we tried to open the program or open a file created with it. The error messages said that Word could not open because of lack of memory, etc. and there was another message that said "Winword has caused an error in USER.EXE". What does all this mean? How do we fix the problem? On a deadline, this is crucial. Thanks in advance.

but the message before download it was:

It was from an offer where I authorized that VP could take $94.17 if I failed to purchase a $79.95 "learn" program. Well, I did that on June 1 and still no camera ! Should I notify Better Bis. Bureau ? I've e-mailed them many times and got zip as a response.

It tells me that I have to follow these instructions and I don't know what there talking about. It's been a while since i've used this and I know I didn't have to do this before. So I just don't understand HELP!!

My computer is so slow and everytime I run a virus check it seems to get stuck on the "temporary internet files" section... I was wondering if I could possibly safely erase all contents in this folder? I mean if it's temporary it's not needed right? I can just delete the files no harm?
