Yes, uncle podger is right if you are admin and you cannot see folder option or it does not work it means that your computer is infected. scan you computer for virus and create new profile. if you creat new profile before scanning you will see folder options but ofter some time or ofter executing the virus program it will stop, and you would be unable to configure folder options.

if not active this mean u r not the administrator, try to log as administrator if u know the password

if you are the administrator then i mean your computer is infected of some virus. just format your hard drive and reinstal your window.
