I have no clue what it means. Can anyone please help me??
It tells me that I have to follow these instructions and I don't know what there talking about. It's been a while since i've used this and I know I didn't have to do this before. So I just don't understand HELP!!
Change ID: Please press the ID button on the bottome of the keyboard or mouse for more then two seconds, and then the ID will be changed when released the ID button. (I don't know what "release" button there talking about.

First, are there fresh batteries in both mouse and keboard?
Second, is there a button on the receiver, and on the bottom of mouse and bottom of keyboard? press these, usually there is a light that indicates the receiver is getting signal from mouse and keyboard.

If you know how to ring to a particular number , then you cal to the customer care of the product that you have got and they ll spoon feed you ... need not worry of that ... you will get the number from the booklet that you got ...
