Ive used the tools "attributes" for resizing to no avail .please help.

Click on the 'Image' tab and select 'Stretch and Skew' Enter the same percentage values in the top two boxes and hit 'OK'. Using '50' will reduce it to half the size. Go to 'attributes' and check the size...if it is not the size that you need, click on the 'edit' tab and select 'undo', then enter another value. Keep trying untill you get the right size.

Reduce it to the size required, It might be to big for your screen but ok for the shirt. The printer you intend to send the shirts for printing will be able to advise and resize if necessary. suggest you contact him and find out what file format's he can work with to produce the photo positives

You might want to try using a different program. I'd suggest using GIMP it is free and does a pretty good job.
