Software - August 2006

I want to stop some of the programs that load up and run when I have the pc on. I always see in the bottom right hand corner all these programs running, and it slows me down. How can I stop this?

My computer won't start. It has a message: Windows could not start because the folllowing file is missing or corrupt:
\Windows\System32\Config\System

How do I fix this? Can I burn this file from the internet or something?

I just installed it, said it wasnt installed right, and that I needed to uninstall and reinstall. Add/Remove doenst work. Nor does putting the disk in and trying that way. I have tried turning off system restore etc... I have tried thier website but the downloads wont download, or thier auto correct stuff! PLEASE HELP!!! I really don't want to have to call Symantec on the phone they charge big money!

Is there a way to use multiple hyperlinks in one cell? I have to link to another excel file's different sheets from in a cell, but couldn't seem to do it when I tried selecting only one of the numbers out of the rest from the cell. Or to bookmark two sheet numbers.

ie, document A's cell with 2,3,7 needs to be linked to doc B's sheet 2,3, & 7.
