Vaya a su Firewall y vaya a "escenarios" y desatasque MSN o cualquier programa que usted necesita de allí. Usted necesita saber que algún inglés para hacerlo aunque.

En el Windows Firewall, EXCEPCIONES lengüeta, marca del tecleo de cheque el mensajero de MSN. Si MSN no está allí, chasque el botón de la ADICIÓN.
