I lost all my pictures and Music from my computer, when my 5 year old managed to format the drive. I have these saved on my IPod. How can I get my files back on my computer ?

You can use the USB Cable provided with your I-Pod. Connect it your PC. That I-Pod will be detected as a removable storage device.
Just copy files from the I-Pod folder back to your PC.
