I don't think you can....call cingular and ask.... if you do you will need to get the susidy unlock code and it has to have a SIM card....

If you want to just use it for the basic functions like making and receiving calls, maybe some text messaging and mutilmedia messaging you can use it with Cingular possibly.
You won't be able to access the internet with it because the company that actually makes the Sidekick 3, DANGER, designed it to work with their servers on the T Mobile network ONLY. If you can't use it for the net, then what is the point of even getting it?
Plus you won't be able to download or possibly access OFFICIAL Cingular content or web portals because the software on the Sidekick is setup for T Mobile. You'll get nothing but ERRORS while attempting to access all that stuff.

Yes, I believe you can.
Just put your Sim card in the Sidekick.
I have a cingular phone, but my plan is T-mobile.
