Have just received email form a guy africa asking me to go into business with him getting money out of the country doing a 60/30 split. I know it is a scam but am not sure who to report it to as am in Cyprus but it did come through my hotmail account. Any one know who I report it to.

When I try to go to yahoo.com on my home computer, it brings me to a site called "Appache". I can go to my.yahoo and every other yahoo website, but only when I try the actual Yahoo site this is what it shows. Same with google.com. I've had this problem before but instead of Appache it brought up another site. I've run all my anti-virus/ad-aware programs and it still doesn't get rid of it. Anyone else ever heard about it or know how to get rid of it?

Firstly Im sorry for my bad english. I m going to try to tell my problem..If you help me . I will be so glad.. Im using yahoo messenger. Last friday. One add me the list. That time we talked and learned taht .. That person had been following me since 5 months. He was seeing my typings and my cam. Cos He told me about my private life.He knows me. He say me. He can reach all of yahoo id. He write A letter for example. And all ids which start with A letter seems to him.. ANd when that id is online or cam is open. He can see it. I dont know . How is it possible?? IM sure no my friend can do this to me. Its a stranger person..He say me. my computer connect with his computer. I was notusing a firewall. but I loaded it today. I don know either he is saying true . or somebody try to make me fool. Really i couldnt understand. But there is no one of my friends taht can do this kind of joke to me. Last day I got a new id. and he found it again. How can I be sure he cant check my computer ?

I downloaded it, but now it won't install on my computer. A page comes up saying installing but nothing ever happens. I'm scared that all the time online waiting for it to install, I will get a virus. Any advice please?

It keeps saying "Error code 0x80245003". And going to the Windows Update site keeps giving me an "Internet Explorer" error.

And I've done everything I can to address the problem on my end.

Does anyone have any suggestions--short of beating this PC of mine with a wet noodle?

I need to secure my computer from my cousin, because he's not allowed to use computers so much. I tried putting password in the windows user administrator and i dnt have any user aside from that but he can pass through it. how did he do that?
so because of that i need to do something. how can i restrict him from using my comp? please help, its really dangerous for him to play so much in the computer, due to his health problem.

I have every sunday and thursday kapersky anti-virus to check for viruses in critical areas at 1am then i have diskeeper (defragment program) run every monday and friday at 1am, then i have spybot search and destroy run every tuesday and saturday and automatically fix problems, then i have ccleaner run every wednesday at 1am. i do this so the computer isnt doing a defragger checking viruses and doing something all at one time which is why i break it up. I also have my important files backed up to mozy.com. I use firefox and have mcafee siteadvisor and noscript on. Any other useful programs i can use that would help me?

so i bought ca internet security, which i would like except for the fact that it won't let my ActiveX work, it won't let me play any videos on myspace, and it won't let me log in on hotornot. I fought with it for an hour just to get it to let me online at all! any suggestions?

I checked my Yahoo email account today to clear out spam. I never use it so I know that anything in there is pretty much spam. Today I discovered something that wasn't spam: someone's psych evaluation. Someone sent a confidential psych evaluation to some people and to me by accident. Now I know accidents happen but why is this stuff going out by email and why is it going to the wrong address? Scary. I did a "reply all" and told the people to be more careful next time. However, if it was my report that was mis-addressed, I'd be pretty pissed off. Is there some other reporting I should be doing or have I done enough?
