If you know the webpages that you allowed, "Active X", to be installed or the software, just go back to that webpage and the webpage will ask you to allow the "Active X", to be installed.

If you have no idea what "Active X", you deleted, then you have a problem.

Don't worry about it. The next time you visit a website that requires you to use that active x it will prompt you to install it.
