Windows Server 2003 question...?

How can I create a user that can log on to the server console but isn't actually an administrator?

I've tried a million ways but nothing seems to work.

I have two servers: one is plain old Server 2003 and the other has Small Business Server 2003 loaded on it.

Help! Virus!?

I have something on my computer that keeps popping up and saying I have a virus and I need to download this virus bursters or some other virus software, and now when I try to get on Internet Explorer,, instead of my comcast homepage, I get a page saying I have a virus, I need to get this software, etc. It says it is from comcast microsoft internet explorer, or microsoft internet explorer.
I have run Norton, Ad-Aware,and Spybot, and it is not getting rid of it.
HELP!!

Which is better, Norton Internet Security or McAfee VirusScan Plus 2007?

The Norton is $30 more than the McAfee, but both seem to offer the anti virus, firewall and blocks spyware as well as preventing hijackers and identity theft and all that.

Is one any better than the other?

I want to be absolutely sure before I buy.

Please,,, I Need Help With "Viruses"?

Is there a "free" virus scanner that will detect and delete trojans? I have been using AVG, but have encountered problems with it. It detects them, but won't clean them.
I have 3 different sub 7 fake server trojans and cws.oslogo
Any help will be appreciated.... This is all on the job training for me.

Where can you send site addresses and potential infected files from on-line scans to see if they are safe?

I know it cannot be 100% sure-fire, but there must be some database out there where you can get "some" assurance....

Does anyone know what iexplore.exe is? Do I need this or can I delete it?

My computer is running very slow and and this uses 154,688K of memory. I don't know whether or not this is a virus or not. And I also have 5 svchost.exe running too. Can I delete them also?

pop up bannercpm.com virus?

I have encountered a pop up virus called banner cpm.com. this a very nasty one. does anyone know how to get rid of this? It comes up about every 5 minutes. i have tried everybody i know. thanks, bill
