Ouch! This one is REAL nasty. Especially since they try to get money from you just to REMOVE it from your system!
However, it DOES appear that it's such a common problem that there are a number of sites online with instructions for removal.
Just start up the Google search engine and look for "popcorn.net removal". It'll return all kinds of links for you to look at. Hopefully you'll find one that'll do the trick for you.

first u can can change ur default page
and after that u go in control panel and click on add Remove Programm and check the the and remove it
