Windows Server 2003 question...?

Question

How can I create a user that can log on to the server console but isn't actually an administrator?

I've tried a million ways but nothing seems to work.

I have two servers: one is plain old Server 2003 and the other has Small Business Server 2003 loaded on it.

go to control panel. open user accounts page will open with all your options.create a new account
