I don't quite understand your question.
There is only Internet Explorer by Microsoft, and there is no such thing called Yahoo browser.
Perhaps you're talking about getting rid of the Yahoo homepage on your browser? Or ridding the Yahoo toolbar on your browser?

If you have the plain Yahoo Browser then it will be listed in the add/remove programs as such. Click on remove and it will be uninstalled. If not listed by itself then look for Yahoo Applications. Click on Remove and a window will open. Select what you want to uninstall and then click the uninstall button at the bottom.
If you have one of the DSL associations between AT&T Yahoo, SBC Yahoo or others then look in the Add/Remove Programs for a listing that says AT&T Yahoo Applications, SBC Yahoo Applications or whatever the service that is linked with Yahoo. Do the same as above to remove the browser.

Internet Explorer is software installed on your computer ... a browser is an ISP ( Internet Service Provider) that exists online.
They are two different things.
You can use Explorer to hook up to to any ISP, if you want a Microsoft ISP go to MSN.com but I like Yahoo ... msn might cost you.
