You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

trend micro has a free service. go to the website and go to free tools then click scan it scans and takes away all viruses and spam and spy ware so your pc should be fine after that. it may take some time though.
