yes you do have a virus.

you can delete it using the Mcafee full system scan using this!
one way to be able to complete the Mcafee full system scan is to lock down the shutdown process:

you can do this:

1. open notepad

2.type inside (without the quotes)
"
cd\
shutdown-a

"
3.then save the file as "shutdown.bat" at the location desktop

4.then restart the scaning process

this should lock down the shutdown process and enable you complete the full system scan without any problems

I had that problem with Mcafee also , I dumped it and went with Norton Anti virus / Internet Security , I have not had a problem since .

Try this good and free online virus scanner http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

This will determine if you have a virus whilst McAfee isn't working.

You'd be best to get rid of McAfee too, as it's a resource hog and replace it with a good, free AV like AVG.

This is happening because of Mcafee. NEver use MKcafee....better to use AVG.
so......better to format ur system and install AVG

Your PC is having a fatal error and is set for automatic restart.

When you first turn your PC on start tapping on f8 and pick safe mode. then go to control panel and click on system.,,,on this screen click the advanced tab....In the bottom field click settings...in the middle field uncheck automatic restart,...Now you will be able to find what your problem is.

has u as much as date ur antivirus?? if it nevertheless like that, attempt to place in different anvirus, yet get rid of first the prev antivirus. attempt AVG @ Kapersky @ NOD32 or different antivirus u want.. wish my answer help u little bit :)
