i downloaded the most recent version of norton, which i have had on my computer for years, and since i downloaded it i have been getting tons of pop ups. i have pop up blocker on explorer set on high and i still keep getting them and advertisements on pages. i cant find anything in nortan's settings for spam or pop ups. anything i need to chage or to do to eleminate the pop ups and advertisements?

I am receiving about 20 undelivered emails aday and it is driving me nuts now!!! Does anyone know how i can stop this??? I'm also receiving emails from what I think is an american stock exchange company and I can't seem to get off their mail out!!! Any ideas????

I perform a complete virus scan with the free AVG program every morning at 4:00 AM. After the scan, the screen does not power down. I need to re-boot to get power management to work again. Why is this and what can I do to fix it?

THEY ARE CALLED TROJAN, DLUCA, WILD TROJAN 2, TROJAN VX 11 AND COMPLEX TROJAN AND THEY ARE TAKING OVER MY COMPUTER. I KEEP GETTING POP-UPS SAYING THAT THEY ARE CRITICAL AND EXTREAMLY DANGEROUS AND THAT I MUST REMOVE THEM AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.

AVG antivirus has detected a virus called I-worm/VB.GG in 14 executable files(I don't know how they reached my comp)..all are like "My music.exe"," my playlist.exe" etc..All the virus are in the My shared documents folder.whatever I do the worm doesn't go.I tried to shift delete the exe files but all came back within a minute.The heal option in the AVG says successfully healed,but right after 2 min again 14 popups come up in a line saying "VIRUS DETECTED".What do I do.It is not letting me work...(system restore is off)..I have spyware doctor will it help...Please anything...

Got the point-unistalled norton,installed AVG-found viruses-healed them...But AVG doesn't have a firewall right...So give me suggestions on which are the best firewalls(free) on the net.Is Keiro good? also tell me is windows firewall is OK ortherwise how to disablewindows firewall..should I use windows firewall with anyother simultaneously?

I tried AVGspyware. microsoft malicious removal software,CW shredder and many..i thought i removed it once but after every reboot it comes and changes the homepage..still it is deactivated..also the taskmanger is still deactivated...friends help me out exactly to remove them or finally i think to format my harddisk.......
