go to this site http://www.stompsoft.com/downloads.html and look for 'recover lost data' software. click on 'try' which is next to it and the download will begin. the download is like 5 mb. and this tool is very very very good. it recovers all the data that has been deleted. Good luck

When a document is deleted, it isn't really deleted, it just loses its title/name so the computer knows it can reuse that hard drive space. The actual data remains on the hard drive.

There are several utilities that can find and restore these unlabeled files.

Go to accesories and then system tools then system restore and restore the computer to an earlier time were you had the documents.

You can't - unless you backup your system and can get the documents from a previous backup via restore.

click on search...click files & folders...mark date cant remember...mark size cant remember...tick ALL boxes in advanced search.
(use EXTRA caution on what you open)....if you know the file name, it WILL come up. good luck.
