my husband has been into my messenger and yahoo accounts. it is his computer (meaning he did all the set up on it) but these are my personal accounts. how can he keep getting into them? i know he does, because my passwords did not work when i tried to log on. i have tried changing the passwords, but somehow he gets around them. there is not really anything that would get me in trouble in there, i just value my privacy. he gets into my aol and yahoo email also. how can i stop this short of gettin my own computer? i have tried changing screenames too. that did not work either. can he log into my accounts without the passwords? please tell me how to keep him from doing this

Should survey companies that say you won a prize, but you have to take thier survey first, be shut down? Or should the companies like Cingular, Wall-Mart, Vontage, and Columbia House, be boycotted for paying Ad Co.s to lie, and try to make you buy something you don't want?

Hi, I have a website and it has an insider section which only allows specific members with my authrization to log in to access some insider news and they have to pay annual membership fee for this. Therefore, I don't want the people who have the authrization share the password with someone else. Is there anyway that I could prevent such sharing happening such as restricting specific IP or limit the number of time the user can log on.

One time it happened after Avast installation and Spyware Doctor.
Second time with Spyware Doctor.
The keyboard is originally USB. Mouse is OK.
I managed to got in Windows, reseting the password for that user through another PC on the LAN, but keyb. still frozen. Uninstalled Avast, Spyware Doctor, mistery still unsolved.

I have recently received a message from Yahoo On Line Virus Protection that I have over 1000 infections. I must have gotten it by opening up a corrupt Internet program.

I then purchased a Spyware program called
" Kill and clean ". They sent it to me via E-mail. When I tried to open it up, a messgae came back that the program was currupted.

I then contacted Support at Kill and Clean and hey sent me a new program , but they said I first should boot my computer , then press FB , and I would see the option to boot my computer in " Safe Mode". They then said I could start the Kill and Clean program in" safe Mode "- and it should work without it getting infected.

But I do not know how to access FB
( SafeMode) when I boot the the computer or (reboot ) . How exactly do I do this ?

Changes start page for internet explorer to "about:blank" and when I switch it back to my normal homepage it will just switch it back. Also, in the lower right corner where the clock is 2 different icons pop up there and say that I have a trojan and spyware and they both tell me to download the same 3 or 4 programs... it also slows down my computer and popups show up even when I am not browsing the internet.
