Normally cookies are located on your Local Drive (C:) in the Documents and Settings folder, in a subfolder that will be the same as the user hame you are logged into Windows with. There will be a cookies folder in there. If you can not see them there, open My Computer, click on Tools, then Folder Options. In the window that appears click on the View tab and check the circle to Show Hidden Folders and Files

c: > documents and settings > Your ID > Cookies
My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View > Show Hidden Folders and Files
