my engineer put double locks on my computer.
I mean he put a supervisor password and the when u press del it asks again for a password. Please help!!!

P.S. You have to do something in the the hardware.

The first password, that comes up before Windows, on most computer brands can be cleared by moving a jumper or a switch on the mother board. Open the computer and often there will be a tag on the inside of the case with instructions for clear power-on passwords and reset BIOS. If not, check the manufacturer's web site for the info. Different for every make and model.

Ask him for the password. If he doesn't give it to you, then you shouldn't be accessing it. Trying to do so otherwise will be a violation of local, state and federal law. It would also be unethical, underhanded, sneaky and dishonest. If this is a computer that belongs to your employer, it could also put your job in jeopardy.
