If you give it to them, or they can find it through your ISP (by IP) yes.

Firewalls don't protect you from giving out information to sites. They only prevent programs from accessing your network. It will block (if you set it right) a key logger program from sending your password to a hacker, but it won't prevent you from filling out forms on the web.

Your IP address is also public so that websites you request something from can send it back to you. Your ISP keeps logs of when IP addresses were given to different computers and will have any information related to your account.
