Sueing deceptive survey companies?

Should survey companies that say you won a prize, but you have to take thier survey first, be shut down? Or should the companies like Cingular, Wall-Mart, Vontage, and Columbia House, be boycotted for paying Ad Co.s to lie, and try to make you buy something you don't want?

no by law they don't always have to have a 'winner'. i believe they can hire so type of insurance company to make the odd of someone being a winner sooo sooo slim, it almost never happens.
