I was logging into my ebay account the other day, and messed up my password accidentally (I am permanently signed in) and couldn't remember it. So I I went to the 'forgot password' option, answered a couple security questions, and was told I would hear back from ebay about the next step. I never did. So I went to their 'contact us' part of the site and wrote a note explaining my problem, and it said I would hear back- which I haven't. So now, ebay is not contacting me and I cannot access my account. I have a small account balance I need to pay them, and I also do not want to lose all of my positive feedback by just giving up the account. What can I do? Is there a 1-800 number or a commercial number for ebay that I can call to get help? Any suggestions are welcome!
