I would be interested to have the user names of Ebay members you have come across who have the highest levels of negative feedback. It's interesting to read the nasty comments some people leave!!

I think it depends with the number of feedbacks received and the volume of sales. Some big companies has so many bad feedbacks but because they sell a lot the % doesn't change that much and they are not that bad. If you want to avoid a bad seller try to look for the one with the few feedbacks but still have three or four (-) Check big seller like bargainland, evalueville, jtandcompany, retailsuplus, sears outlet and isold.it, they have so many (-) feedbacks but I have never had any problem with them but it is so funny to read those negative feedbacks left

I once bought an MP3 player off someone which never came, but I got refunded through paypal and he got kicked off.

His feedback was about 80% which sounds good at first but isn't really. That means 1 in 5 people weren't happy and a lot of the negative feedback was more recent.

So to be sure check feedback carefully.

I once saw someone on ebay that had only done three transactions and had 1 positive and 2 negative comments meaning that approx. 67% of his feedback was negative, needless to say I had nothing to do with him.

I'm sorry but I don't have time to go surfing a site that has billions of members just to see if I can find negatives. You go do the work and then tell me.

i dont think the percentage means much...one person who never sent me an item left me negative as 'revenge' and my rating went from 100% to like 90:(...im sure it puts people off before they even check why..i wish more people would read the feeback like you...

anywayy...try the ebay forums where im sure loads of people complain about dodgy users:
