I have copy and pasted a lot of text from different sources and it ends up making the page so wide I have to scroll side to side to read most. HELP.

Here's how to make the Normal paragraph style the style for all the paragraphs in the document.

1. Put the cursor in the document and press CTRL/A. This will select all the text in the document.
2. Right-click anywhere in the toolbar area and make sure the Formatting toolbar is checked.
3. At the left end of the Formatting toolbar there's a list box. Hover the cursor over the down-arrow in it and see if the label Style pops up. It should, unless the toolbar has been customized.
4. Click the listbox arrow and find the Normal style in the list.
5. Select it.

All the paragraphs should change to Normal style. This may not be exactly what you want, but it's the way to get them all into one style.

PS: A way to avoid this in the future is to paste the text as "UnformattedText" (this works for Word XP (2002)):

1. With the text already in the copy buffer (copied from the source), put the cursor where you want to paste it and click the Edit->Paste Special menu item.
2. Click the Unformatted Text list box item.
3. Click OK.

Are you familiar with Word?
OK, start Word, open document which you have talked about?
Click on File, Click on Page settings(U) here you will find various settings. Without any fear change settings and see the result.

Are you sure your present document size is A4 or what? change various settings which you want? but A4 is normal we use.

Insert a text box and paste a picture within the text box.
Them format the text box so there is no line (border)

You can play with the sizes of pics/text boxes so you get uniform sizes and shapes.

You can also center them and have quite a nice presentation
