GRAMMAR! Didn't you learn it in school?
OK, I read your question wrong (along with a LOT of others) because you didn't use proper grammar! THAT'S why I answered wrong and got thumbs down...grrrrrrr!!!!!!! I would have understood it better if you would have typed it in this way:
"Is 'Useing Free Registry Cleaner' any good? I've just downloaded it. Any tips on how to use it properly?"
My answer to THAT is:
Simply use the Help section to learn about the prog. If that is of no help to you then go to their website:
http://www.eusing.com/Download.htm
and Contact them about any problems you have with it. That's what the Contact function is for. ;)
You may be interested in the Review that ZDNet.com Downloads gives it:
http://downloads.zdnet.com/download.aspx?docid=228121
If you need more specific info and don't want to use the Contact function on the Program's Home Site, then you may join Cnet.com and/or ZDNet.com (if you haven't already) and ask there. The folks there are always quite helpful.
It does look like it could be a fairly good prog. It's put out by the same people who put out Window Washer. I haven't used either but heard that Window Washer was fairly good.
PS: The things I "hear" come from CNet.com, ZDNet.com., TechRepublic.com and other tech sites.
My ORIGINAL Answer is below:
YES! BUT, WHICH one did you download? Some are better than others. ;)
I use TweakNow RegCleaner. You can get it here:
http://www.tweaknow.com/RegCleaner.html
It's simple, straight forward and does a great job...and it's FREE!
EDIT: I also use RegCleaner (the one that Avatarxz>Answerer 5) uses, but it MUST be used with care because you CAN hose your computer with it. Been there, done that. BUT, if used correctly and with CARE, does a fairly good job of finding useless garbage that CAN be gotten rid of. I only use it after I've ran ALL of my anti-malware progs and the TweakNow and my puter still seems "out of sorts".
Someone, mentioned CCleaner. I've not used it, but have heard nothing but good things about it!
Get CCleaner here:

No don't use it,you will end up having to do a system restore the only reg cleaners that i have tested that are safe are Ccleaner and Tuneup utilities. The trouble with most registry cleaners they are far too aggressive and may delete more than they should.

I thnk you mean Eusing Free Registry Cleaner, right?
Eusing is great. I've been using it for years. It does repair a lot of registry DLL errors, "file missing" errors, and such left by removing programs.
For utilities, I always check BetaNews.com's user's ratings. A rating of 4.0+ is safe. People also alert you of spyware/adware. Download.com is useless -- everything has a "good" description and rating.
Head's-up: A registry cleaner will fix problems in your registry. Speed-up? Never experienced it.
I also highly recommend CCleaner -- it does cleanup and speedup your PC.
I also recommend using some good spyware PREVENTION tools.
P.S. With any utility that does major changes to the registry, I always make a System Restore Point just in case something goes awry.

i think of the question could be 'that's the least risky'. As you're probably conscious the registry is the main needed ingredient to abode windows. in case you corrupt it then abode windows would possibly no longer paintings wisely. i exploit CCleaner (subject concerns selection) because of the fact it makes a backup of all the keys it incredibly is approximately to delete so as that they'd surely be restored if issues bypass worng.

I would personally recommend CCleaner and EasyCleaner. EasyCleaner picks up stuff CCleaner misses and vice versa.

Some are good and some are vile adware.
I use RegCleaner 4.3 by Jouni Vuorio and it does wonders.

i think you have got reg cleaner is free to download but you have Twp pay to use it. try lavasoft and clean your spyware, check how many programs you have running at start up. try cnet.com for some half decent programs, better still get another memory stick
