Why does my computer suddenly restarts without the saving settings and shutting down part while I'm using it?
What should I do?
Does it have anything to do with my CPU? If yes which part?

IF your going to post a computer problem PLEASE tell us what kind of computer you have and all the INFORMATION you can!! It would really help. Hard to answer "My compuer is not right ...why?"

I've already tried the Help and Support option at Verizon.net, even searched on Yahoo.com, but nothing that helps has been found so far. I need help soon because spyware is eating away at the e-mail messages being sent from me, to someone else. I DO NOT WANT A SPYWARE BLOCKER SOLUTION! I simply want to delete the account and save all the "extra" trouble. I'm thanking you all in advance for your time to attempt to solve my problem. (P.S., If you are a computer whiz and understand how to fix this, PLEASE tell me how...don't just ignore this question. I'd truly appreciate it!)

I used to have AOL as my internet service provider years ago. And back then I had a profile set up on there. I keep getting messages from people who view my profile and want to talk. I still check my email so the screen name is active... but how can I view my profile and change it when I don't have AOL anymore? I really need the help! Thanks so much!

I am currently writing a movie-script in Microsoft Word (2007 version in-Office Home & Student) and have come up with an original title that I made up from scratch. (It's a long single word that is obviously not in any dictionary) Can anyone tell me how to use the symbols in "Word" so that I can put a pronunciation key in parentheses under my title to explain how to pronounce it? (Also, where would the list of necessary symbols needed to do this be located? Do I type out the pronunciation and ADD the symbols to it??)
Any detailed info would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a keyboard that I've been trying to teach myself to play, and when I get music for it online, sometimes its available in MIDI format. I know my keyboard is MIDI compatable or whatever because theres these little cable port things in the back that say MIDI in and MIDI out. What I want to know is what is MIDI and what does MIDI make my keyboard do?

The game window opens and it starts loading but it won't connect to the server. One of the times i tried it it sayed to check the firewall settings. so i turned off the firewall. the screen just turns black still. What do I do?

Ok I have an AOpen computer with 80GB of space. The RAM is rubbsih with only 478MB. The computer is 18 months old. I am going to send the computer in for some serious upgrades. I am going to have it wiped and then have Windows XP Media Cneter loaded onto it. I am then going to remove the 478MB RAM chip and have a brand new one around 1GB put in. I am going to update my proccessor to something alot more up to date so that my computer's MHz/ GHz will automatically increase so my computer can run faster. I am going to update all of the software for my computer's current drivers and I am also going to have the lastest video card installed. I am not going to buy a new computer so please don't sugest that...but have I covered everything upgrade wise?

I have a laptop and the basic microsoft word came on it. Now it wont let me write any type of document. I thought all computers came with this program free withought havng to convert it to an upgraded one.

I purchased an HP Pavilion media center computer 5 days ago and have done very little other than familiarize myself with the basics. But the last day or two, I keep getting a pop-up notice telling me I am running out of space on drive D (which to the best of my knowledge is my recovery drive) and that I need to free up additional space on it. It recommends that I empty my recylcling bin and each time it gives me the opportunity to do that, my recycling bin is already empty or has very little in it. My drive D was 89% full yesterday, and today its 99.7 % full and Im not sure what ive done, if anything, to cause this. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!!! thank you.

What is the all time best DESKTOP computer out there. I do not want laptop information. If you could please tell me why you love that computer and what you use it for. I hate Dell and always will. I hear Apple is the best, I used one and it worked pretty well. I am looking for one that I can use for college and then in a Restaurant so it Must hold a lot of big files and lots of them. Thanks!!!
