First download the picture from the camera to your computer. Keep track of where you put the picture, because you will need to be able to find in the next steps (If you are not sure how to do that, check the camera's documentation. It is different for each brand)

Start your e-mail program
Look for an icon or menu option for "attaching a file" (or attachments".
Click on that and it will ask you for the location of the file. (You did keep track of it, right?)
Once you have selected the file, it will add it to the e-mail. You will not see the actual picture in the e-mail, but the file will be mailed along the e-mail

When the person on the other ends gets the e-mail, they simply click on the "Attachment" option in their program and it will put the picture onto their hard drive.

The type of server you are using does not matter

First, connect the USB cable to your PC with ur camera attached to it.
Choose any software that are available such as ACDSee pro, photoshop and etc. to upload your pic and save to any location that is easy and convenient to search for upload later.
Open your e-mail and click reply, you should notice "attach files" if you're using Yahoo mail.
Click and press browse to attach your pic that you previously save in your location..wait for a while and you're ready to e-mail your pic.
Wireless server doesn't affect at all...just a bit slow depends on your connection speed...!
