I need help with the non working file.?

I have a file, Broly3k8.Dem, but my comp whont read it. The comp says it cant read a ".dem" file. So what do i need to change it to, and how exactly do i change it. Please help if you can. if you whant the fiel to change your self just tellem your email addresse and ill send it to you.

Check this link it also include a program to convert the file to DXF cad extension.

This file is an ArcView Digital Elevation Model File made by ESRI. You'd probably need this or similar software to open it.
