I am not sure if there is way to do that but it will get too irritating when you set it up like that but u can hold shift and click on a link it will open new window.

If you truely mean a new window, there is no easy way to do that automatically. If I remember correctly, you can make a change in your registry that would do this, but this should be left to very experienced users only.

When you say "new window", that is not really clear.

It appears that you mean in a new tab and that is only available in IE7, or Firefox, or Opera. It's called Multi-Tab Browsing.
