I've already tried the Help and Support option at Verizon.net, even searched on Yahoo.com, but nothing that helps has been found so far. I need help soon because spyware is eating away at the e-mail messages being sent from me, to someone else. I DO NOT WANT A SPYWARE BLOCKER SOLUTION! I simply want to delete the account and save all the "extra" trouble. I'm thanking you all in advance for your time to attempt to solve my problem. (P.S., If you are a computer whiz and understand how to fix this, PLEASE tell me how...don't just ignore this question. I'd truly appreciate it!)

Open outlook and go to tools - email accounts once there you can go to change account and view your current accounts. The select the account from the list that you want to remove and remove it. Hope that helps

First, if you have a firewall, block Outlook Express from any outgoing activity, this will stop you emails going out.

Then in Outlook Express, click tools, Account, under the MAIL tab, delete your email account, now you should have nothing.

But really you are going the wrong direction to fix this problem, what you need is to disable Outlook, install a copy of Avast from www.avast.com and have it scan when computer restart.
This will eliminate most of the nasty trojans, so you can carry on removing/cleaning whats left on the PC.
