I have a nuisance programme that keeps re-appearing on my computer. I subscribe to Norton anti virus but it got through that. I have tried Spy-Bot and Ad Aware which will get rid of it, but it re-installs itself onto my desktop every time I start up and then throws a big pop-up onto my screen. It seems that if I could somehow lock it out of the start up sequence, that would possibly do the trick? If anyone can help, I would most appreciate it as this bloody programme is giving my feet the headache!

I have an ofoto account, and found that someone was looking through my sons first birthday photos that were taken a year ago a few days ago.
The entry is a fake email address that doesn't even work. I just emailed Ofoto.
I don't like the idea of someone looking at our family photos with a fake email address.
Is there a way to track down this person???

Every time i put a disc in the drive, instead of playing it, it spits the cd right back out. On start up, the drive seems to run and make noise, like it is trying to eject a disc. When i navigate to > System folder> Preferences > CD/DVD prefs, i get a weird message. it says: "the doc. cd dvd prefs could not be opened because the app. program that created it could not be found." It seems like i am unable to make changes to my Preferences as a result of this. What does this mean, and how can i fix it?

I am using Any Time Organizer for my calendar and to do list. I don't want to carry my computer or a PDA around, but say I am at a friend's house and want to look at my schedule. Could I install Any Time to run off the USB drive so that I can use the program on any computer without having to install Any Time on the computer itself?

you know how, for instance, on google, you have a blank field in which to type items you want to search for, and then every time you go back to it, if you left click in the blank field, a dropdown automatically drops with everything you've ever typed in that field? is there a way to get rid these items one by one (preferred) or a way to do some kind of large-scale delete? i have Vista, if that makes any difference.

Seriously. How many terabytes of data are flowing through the servers today because the Facebook kiddies can't be bothered to scan the questions on the *$&% screen, much less go to the Herculean effort of typing "proxy" into the search box? I thought it was bad enough when every third question here was "OMG WHO HAS MILEY CYRUS EMAIL PLZ?!", but this is just getting ridiculous.

I have a miniSD card that I forgot to put in to its SD card adapter and now it's stuck in the printer card reader. I can't get any tweezers in there to get it out and I've tried shaking it out but nothing works. Any ideas?

Ive been trying for about an hour to find help and no one understands me. I'll try one more time and if this is not specific i don't know what is. I bought this computer for my nine year old, i rarely use it ,im not a computer geek just basics. I was e-mailed a document for me to sign and return but my printer died on me and i do not posses a scanner or fax machine or any thing else. Now this is my question again! Is there any way for me to sign or type my name on this document thru the computer, i have tried clicking on the signature line of the document but nothing happens. The document is in pdf format does this have anything to do in me not being able to sign it or what? Can you hear me now?
