Could be a hardware issue or a driver issue.
Try booting up into safe mode and test it.

Means its overheating, if it had ram problems at bootup it would beep rapidly, if it was hard drive problems, it wouldn't boot up at all, these guys here are just people who think they know it all, trust me its overheating. Or the processors failed.
